Center Parcs refreshes popular teambuilding packages

Center Parcs Conferences & Events has revealed it has refreshed its popular teambuilding packages, while also launching an activity-only package.

The new package – Exhilar8 – is available on a Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and is suitable for clients looking to use Center Parcs purely as a corporate retreat for their guests, rather than to host a meeting in The Venue.

The Exhilar8 package, which is priced at £65 including VAT at Sherwood, Elveden and Longleat (£69 at Woburn Forest), includes a choice of two leisure activities. Dependent on the Village, activities on offer include Aerial Tree Trekking, High Ropes Challenge, Laser Combat, Target Archery, Raft Building, Paintballing and Orienteering. The package also includes a sandwich ‘pack up’ style lunch.

Center Parcs has also refreshed three of its original teambuilding packages – Rejuven8, Motive8 and Active8. Rejuven8 now includes a three-hour spa session rather than two hours; Motive8 now includes den building; while the Active8 package now includes Aerial Tree Trekking, Indoor Climbing Adventure, High Ropes Challenge, Raft Building, and the newest activity – The Drop – at Elveden Forest.

As part of each of these packages, clients will receive breakfast rolls on arrival, half day meeting room hire, refreshments and lunch and the choice of one or two leisure activities depending on the exact package. Clients will also have access to complimentary car parking, Wi-Fi and the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

Ellie Jones, National Account Manager at Center Parcs, says: “Our teambuilding packages have always been incredibly popular as clients will often book their events with us due to our outdoor environment and the vast range of activities we have on offer to complement their conference programme. The updates to each of our packages reflects the new options that are now available on Village, while also providing something new to entice our repeat bookers.

“While we are still experiencing high demand from clients wishing to combine a meeting with a half day of teambuilding, we are finding that some organisations are opting to book just teambuilding based on our reputation for being able to provide a range of activities that can help encourage teamwork and boost health and wellbeing. It is fantastic that we are now able to offer both types of packages to further meet the needs of the industry.”
