This workshop is essential training for reception and appointment staff. It teaches your staff how to give the right impression to your clients by encouraging a confident telephone manner and methods for eliciting the appropriate information.
This achieves a successful outcome for both your organisation and your clients, with each and every phone call to or from your establishment.
