Businesses can encourage staff to travel more sustainably to work thanks to business grants available from Central Bedfordshire’s Travel Choices.
Travel Choices can provide match-funding of up to £3,000 from its business travel grant scheme towards any site improvements that encourage sustainable travel.
The scheme has already provided more than £30,000 this year to help businesses fund schemes , including new cycle shelters, showers, lockers/drying rooms, signage for cyclists/pedestrians, car-share signs, travel information boards and electric vehicle charging points at businesses offices.
